Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as soon as possible. Total processing time will be at the discretion of the card issuer or bank.
Orders can be canceled as long as; no work or cost has been put into the unit after the sale, and the unit must still remain on cartsurplus property. If a sale has been made, and any cost incurred by cartsurplus to said unit, buyer will be responsible for those costs. Refund will reflect those expenses. Units cannot be returned/refunded due to cosmetic issues. If units are unsatisfactory at date of pick up, refund will be issued minus any costs as stated above.
Warranty
Units are sold "as is" and in current "used" condition. No warranty on "used" items.
New units will fall under OEM warranty at date of sale. No extended warranty will be offered.
All units will be guaranteed working upon pick up and can be tested and inspected on site.
All units that are delivered by Cart Surplus will be guaranteed working upon delivery, units can be driven and tested for mechanical operation. Units cannot be returned/refunded due to cosmetic issues.
Batteries, if new, will fall under manufactures warranty. Contact the manufacture directly and comply with their terms.
Used batteries will have no warranty.
Freight/Shipping/Pick Up
Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs as well as setting up shipping/freight arrangements.
Buyer is expected to have freight costs in mind before purchase. If unsure of freight please contact before any purchase is made to avoid any unexpected circumstance.
Cart Surplus will work with freight carrier to load units or deliever to a local freight hub. Fork lift is available on site, Access is limited, please refrain from using 80Ft rigs, it can be done but will be tight. Hot shot transport preferred.
Delivery can be arranged, contact for an estimate. Example cost breakdown can vary, rates can be adjusted and are subject to change
First 100 - 1,500mi @ $1.65 per mile
Each additional mile over 1,500 @ $1.85 per mile
